The meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Ukraine, Sergey Lavrov and Dmytro Kuleba on the occasion of the conflict in Ukraine that began with the invasion of the Russian army on 24 February has ended. 

- At that time, they supported the Albanians in Kosovo and Metohija. The whole West applauded that, as well as democracy and elections. Why are Albanians in Kosovo allowed to do that, and Russians are not in Ukraine - Lavrov asked.

Lavrov also said that today's meeting was not held with the aim of agreeing on a ceasefire. He added that Moscow never talks about the possibility of a third, let alone nuclear, world war.

- But we are upset that the West keeps repeating the thesis about the possibility of such a conflict, in a Freudian manner - said the head of Russian diplomacy Sergey Lavrov.

Speaking about whether there is a threat of nuclear war, Lavrov said that he did not believe in that.
