This is a great pity for the team from Florence, which missed the opportunity to reach the fifth position and join the race for the Champions League with this draw, but also because the Serbian football player Dušan Vlahović missed the opportunity to write a new page in history.

Namely, Vlahović did not register as a scorer in this match, and in that way he missed the only chance to overtake  Cristiano Ronaldo  in the number of goals in the calendar year.

It is certain that the Serbian national team player will feel great regret for the missed chances he had in this match.

Verona was a better rival in the first part of the match and took the lead in the 17th minute thanks to Lasagna.

Fiorentina had no choice but to put some muscle into it. Vlahović was the greatest danger, and the defenders of Verona knew that well, who covered and guarded him at all times, so that the Serb has two guards on him at all times. 

In the 81st minute, Dušan put the ball down to the young Aleksa Terzić, who played Castrovilli like a fiddle, and he equalised with by scoring with his head to the end result of 1:1.
