Late last night, the Investigation Judge, Radomir Ivanović, declined Senior State Prosecutor, Tanja Božović’s request to set prison detention for 30 days for Budimir Krstović and his daughter, Marina.

Instead of prison detention, the judge Ivanović sentenced leaving their place of residence prohibition and compulsory checking in to the police.
Prosecution has the right to appeal such decision made by the judge, so the final decision about whether The Krstović will be defending with freedom or imprisoned, will have been announced by tomorrow.
Marina Krstović was arrested on August 26th and her father, Budimir, a day later under the suspicion of participating in smuggling of 1.400 kg of cocaine in a village in Zeta named Mojanovići.
